Tire and Steering wheel shaking need to fix ASAP

So I know there are a ton of threads on steering wheel shaking I have read through plenty, but none seem to have my problem. My passenger tire is shaking because my lower arm bushings are completely shot and i my tie rod is going out which of these problems would help with with the shaking of the steering wheel and shaking of the tire. 1 shop told me it was the bushings and the another shop said i need to change both. :noidea:

Also can i change the bushings in the stock lower arm out or do i need to buy a new arm. Also i had the same experience with two different shops each one told me different things. :brick:

Are you sure the caliper isn't sticking? This recently happened to me i couldn't even get to 50 mph without it feel like the whole truck was going to rip apart.

Just something else to check.

Yes you can change the bushings in the LCA. I went with the POLY ones.

I had a steering wheel shake at high speed slow downs for years, thought I had warped rotors. That got rid of the shakes. There are write ups on changing procedures.

Like havingfun said...the bushings are changeable. I used the poly ones too. Check my build for the how to....

That's what fixed my steering shimmy
