31x10.5 tire fits underneath the truck in the stock location. i've got one under there as well as a hitch.

How were you able to get a tow hitch and a 31 inch tire? All of the tow hitches I've seen say they won't fit with a 31 inch under-mounted tire.
I'm trying to add a second spare (undermounted) and a tow hitch. Currently, it has one rear mounted spare and I bought a 90 4Runner for off-roading in Baja.
