Tire Choices

New member
got my new 17x9 SCS F5 wheels in today so now im gonna order new tires. Currently had the pro wheels w/ 285/70 KO2s. Lift wise im on a 2.5/2 spacer on my pro suspension and a 1" body lift. I wanna run a MT this time and im down to a few choices. BF Goodrich KM3s which is a new tire with not a whole lot of feedback but sounds promising. Cooper STT Pro simply because ive always loved the look but have heard a few negative things such as wearing oddly even when aligned properly or later yrs getting really hard. And the Nitto trail grapplers. Have em on my FJ great looking tire but squirely in the wet roads on my fj. Any feedback or help is appreciated and i wanna run a 295/70 this time.

wish i would of ordered when ebay had the coupon. If anyone knows where they're giving deals on tires too let me know. I know 4wheelparts is lying sales tax and they have $100 Mail in rebates
 
People seem to like the Falken MT's. Also there's the General Grabber X3 and the Firestone MT2's to consider.
 
I was choosing new tires recently too. I had it narrowed down to the KM3, STT Pro, and Destination MT2. I ended up with the KM3's and I'm very happy with them so far. Are you prepared to do some trimming because of your new wheels? What's the offset on them?
