A lot of people like the Destination AT and the Revo. I believe those two are the closest Bridgestone/Firestone tires you're going to find to the BFG AT, but they're still not going to look anywhere near as aggressive as the BFG. As long as you're ok with that, both the Destination and the Revo are good tires.

yea i really like the aggressive look which sucks i was dead set on these suckers then my dad told me the news today

Just to throw you my $0.02, I had Firestone Destination A/T's on my 3rd gen runner and loved them!! Very quiet on the highway but still have a pretty aggressive tread pattern. Handled AWESOME in the snow and rain and just the mild offroading that I do. For the price, I personally don't think you can get a better A/T tire. And they lasted forever, i think i put over 40k on them before I sold my truck. Still had plenty of tread left. I'll be putting them on my 4th gen when it needs new tires. I love the BFG A/T's but they are about $300 more than the Destinations.

i have the revo 1& imo, it performs better in rainy weather than the bfg's ive had in the past. never had the destination at but most say they are also great tires, just a little less aggressive looking than the bfg's. if looks similar to the bfg at is what u mean by "basicly the same", the general grabber at2 looks fairly similar to the bfg but is less $. General Grabber AT 2 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO have u looked at the duratrac's yet? Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac

Just my $.02, but unless I decide to start doing a bunch of heavier off-roading I will likely never stray from Michelin. I have had BFG and Firestone and my Michelin's have outlasted both the other two fold and they were better in snow, ice and rain. They also rode and handled better.

I have Michelin LTX A/T and I love them. I have had BF A/T a few times and thought they looked cool but sucked on wet pavement.

I love Michelins but I swear they look like grandpa tires. Maybe in a few years when I have kids I'll be ready for something less aggressive than my MTs. Lol.
