Tire pressure warning

I have to air up my tire every week or so. The valve steams are tight, and all the tires are losing air, except the spare.

I suspect the leak is in the stems and the sensors there. My tires are good and I really don't want to have to have tire removed to fix the leak.

If I were to put some fix-a flat would it cause problems or could it possible fix the leak in the sensor. I assume it is the O rings. My 4Runner is an 04 with about 90K on it.

Remove the tire, put air in it until it's at the proper pressure, and spray the tire with windex to see where the leak is coming from. The windex will bubble up wherever the leak is.

Possible corrosion on the inside of the rim. I know my tires suffered slow air leaks due to them. The only solution was for the tire shop to dismount, scrub the rims and apply lots of dark collored adhesive that would help seal the gaps. Knock on wood, so far this year has been problem free.
