I have been doing research throughout the night on here. I'm putting the daystar on 3/2 with method wheels. Would I see a big difference between 285/70/17 vs 275/70/17?

There will be a lot more rubbing with the 285 and will also need wheel spacers. With just the daystar, I would go with the 275s. The 275s will still rub, but not nearly as bad.
