It might. I have and Old Man Emu 2" lift on my 97 4runner and I have 265/75/16 Duratracs on and it does not rub. But that's with a lift. What I would say is, it probably will not rub around town but wheeling it might.

My experience...
I have 265/75R16 with old, stock suspension (I'm pretty sure it's the stock stuff). I was out on a trail yesterday and got some pretty deep compression in some ruts. No rubbing that I could detect, and I had snow chains on the rear tires.

I had 265 75 16 toyo at2s on my 99 and it was not lifted and did not rub at all

I just installed those tires and just to confirm - it does not rub.
