Tire Question

I'm looking at picking up a set of used 2009 tacoma rims and tires for winter driving (taking off limited wheels).

Will this tire size 295/70r16 have an effect on accurate speed displayed? I don't want to get a smaller or larger tire that will make my 4runner not display the correct speed.

I'm not very familiar with tire sizing......thanks for the help!

16inch rims won't fit the 4 runner only 17 and bigger they won't fit over the caliper and rotors.
