Tire rotation question

Just purchase my car with 76k. The previous owner out on Bridgestone Dueler H/T when the truck had 66k. Tires have not been rotated since.
I am going to get the tires rotated and balanced on Monday.

After I get them rotated should I wait 10k before rotating again and the switch to the every 5k rotation? Or should I just rotate every 5k going forward?

Go right back to the scheduled maintenance interval of 5k.

Rotate now and then at 80K and stick with 5k intervals after that.
