Tire size

So I have a 97 4Runner 3.4L V6 and currently has a 2 inch lift with Bilstein 5100s and tundra TRD coils in the front and OME 2906 coils in the back

I'm planning on using Level 8 MK6 rims 16x8 with -10 offset and 4.110 inch backspacing
I'm looking to buying some BFGoodrich All Terrain TA/KO2 tires but would like to know what would be the biggest size possible that wouldn't rub or cause any problems

Pretty sure 265/75r16 is where you're at. you'll have to do some pounding/trimming with 285's.

I agree 265 is where you're at. I have that exact same suspension upgrade on mine and I think you're really going to like it. Good luck with the swap.

With a 265/75/16 it did not. 265/70/16 yes, most likely.

Like other's have said, 265/75 shouldn't rub with a 2" lift and will look great. I'm running that size in Cooper ST Maxx with a 3" lift and I think it looks great, if I do say so

how bout an inch of body lift or bigger coils(LC's or FJ's), that'll put you in 33" territory.

I was looking to see if the 275/70r17 fit with my current setup but I'll look into a body lift

Eventually you'll run out of fender well room, especially with high steering angles at compression. To go bigger you have to either open up the fender wells or raise it stupid high.

The largest 16" tire I could run on my 99 talls were 275/70R16
The largest 17" tire I could run on my 99 talls were 265/70R17

You will have a little more room to breath than I did.

Just my experience.
97 4wd limited, I have 3.5 inch in the rear, and 3 inch in the front 1.5 inch dif drop. I run stock wheels and Firestone defender M/T 285/70/16. I had to take the flares off the bumpers, I had to cut the bumper valance, and trim some in fender well.. But they no longer rub. Also, after 19 years, I had become missing a couple fender well screws. I had to replace a few of those to keep the inner fender well, and fender flares from rubbing in tight turns. I also had to put on 1 inch spacers, so that the tires did not rub the front suspension. But now I have it sorted. I need to go back with 4 in the back because with the speaker box, and amps the back is still just under level. it was a really nice rake until I got the speaker box, and 2 amps in there. It still looks level, but might be sagging so slightly. Anyway.. There ya go..
I would say that with the 2 inch lift that you described, the 275s would be pushing it..

OP, you're doing this all backwards. All this fiddling around with trying to figure out what tire size fits is begging the question - what tire size do you need? Once you've defined that, make 'em fit.

If you don't need anything bigger than 265/70 or 265/75 then run one of those and don't worry about it, because bigger tires = bigger headaches. But if you do decide that you need a bigger tire, you don't ask your truck what size it wants. You tell your truck, with a bigger lift or a sawzall or whatever, you tell it.

I was at stock height with the 99 Tall springs. Your about an inch taller than I was.

I put a 1" body lift in along with a 3" suspension lift to fit 285's so I wouldn't have to trim any metal.
