Tire swap

For those people who got the dealer to swap tires before delivery did you have any hassles? What did they charge you?
For the people who traded them at a tire shop did you have problems? And how much of a credit did you get?
Curious to see which is the better way to go

I had the dealer do it before I picked up my truck. They gave me $100 credit for each of the stock tires. Then I just paid the difference for the tires I wanted.

They were very willing to work with me. Some of the other dealers I looked at were not willing to do anything about the tires.
