The other popular size in the 32" range is 265/70/17 and they'll fit your 2000 T4R fine. The dimensions are identical to 265/75/16 which many use on even stock 3rd gens.

If you want another option in 17 theres a 275/70/17 size that some brands make. One guy put them on a stock 4th gen and they worked fine which means a 3rd gen could handle that size too. In fact a 3rd gen has less rubbing issues than a 4th gen IIRC.
