yes, if they are still wearing flat, and not cupped.
if they are starting to cup, cross them to the rear, and bring the rears straight up.

so left front to the right rear, right front to the left rear.

How did you rotate yours? I'm going to do mine soon before it gets too cold and I'm thinking of swapping the back two with each other same in the front.

I did a cross rotation, which is the way you should always do it on a four wheel drive. You take the rears directly to the front. Then the fronts cross before going to the rear. IF you want you can throw the spare in by putting it on the driver's rear each time.

My Duratracs were silent on the road for the first 5,000 but after that first rotation they got pretty noisy. The alignment wasn't a problem either...they were wearing perfectly even.

Its awesome that you started this thread because i'm in the same boat and am looking to by tires too for my Limited wheels i was literally just about to start the same thread. Im pretty much looking for the same thing you are, good all terrain tire,biggest size i can fit without too many headaches more on the aggressive side and want good winter traction!

MY choices
Goodyear Duratracs - 275/65/18
BFG All Terrain Ko - 265/65/18 - 275/65/18
General Grabber at2 - 275/65/18

My number one choice would be the Duratracs because i love the Aggressive look and have heard nothing but great things about them, aside from that yes some people have had trouble with the side wall if you do heavy off roading but at the same time i know off others that have wheeled the crap out of them and never had any issues.I'm not sure how they will work with your lift set up and this is my main issue with why i might not run them, is they only come in 275/65/18 which should be fine but because their more of a aggressive tire i,ve heard they tend to rub a lot more than a regular 275/65/18 tire but usually can be solved with moving the fender liner forward and maybe some minor trimming but i know there was one case on here where somebody ran them with DS 2 1/2 - 1 1/2 kit and where rubbing on the body mount and had to get it chopped.

Second: BFG's i've heard nothing but great things about and also the fact that you'll get 50k - 60k out of them, i wanted these in 275/65/18 but i don't think they come sipped in that size or i'm not 100% sure because in that size it says their not rated for severe snow? So i guess if i where to run these i would do 265/65/18 Originally this was my second choice if i decide i'm not going to run the Duratracs but now i'm stuck because i also like the General Grabber At2's

Third: General Grabber At2's, Everybody i've talked to that has ran these says there the next best thing and that they love these tires in all conditions,i'm really considering running these now and the tread pattern is very very similar the BFG's so it doesn't surprise me if the performed really well and supposedly the have a 60k life span,, the only negative i've hear is some say that can get a little loud after they wear a bit but i doubt they would be louder than the duratracs,

Thats basically the input i've gathered so far and hope this helps, as i said i'm in the same boat and trying to make the same decision!

Are you sure about that? The Toyo ATs I had said "Made in Japan" on the sidewall. I'd rather have a Japanese tire than a Chinese or Thailand option...but I'm just saying they aren't American. :behindsofa:

some tires are, Nitto is made in georgia. again some sizes are.

toyo owns nitto btw.

im running 35 12.5 17 mtr so far they are ok only 1500-2000 on them so far though. they performed ok off road and the noise is tolerable on road probably if id turn the radio on i wouldn't notice the hum

Is anyone running the Hankook Dynapro ATM's? Also looking into new tires. I currently have the BFGs and they've lasted over 80k. I don't like the $1300 price though so I was looking at other ATs. The hankook ATM, cooper at3, and Bridgestones at revos all look comparable. Need some thoughts. I like the look of the hankooks the best.

When I spoke with discount they kinda said the same thing, they were not sure why Falken had a half sipe tire. Mine lasted 24k, I still had a lot of depth to base of the tire, heck maybe half tread depth, but sipes were GONE! I did receive a $130 credit for them.

The reason they are not full depth is to prevent tread squirm and lessen the chance of chunks breaking off. Michelin does a similar thing and on some tires is actually worse than just half depth sipes. The tread block are not full depth and the tread pattern of their tires will change as the tire wears.

You can always have them re-siped after they are worn by going to a place that sells truck tires (big trucks that is).

Looking for a good solid All Terrain tire for my 07 Limited, It has Bilstiens all the way around front set at .75 with that said looking for a somewhat aggressive All Terrain tire that will get some mileage and perform decent off road I have always ran BFG All Terrains great tire and might go with them again unless there is something better????

Wow I guess the 18" rim really makes a difference. Even on discount tire direct the AT3s and similar are around $180 apiece. Anywhere I look I'm going to spend $900+. Help me find that $100 tire in 265/65/18 size and you'll be my new best friend.

I'm aware that nitto is toyo... (i was in the tire industry of awhile) but a tee that is truly made is in the USA is not very common... and a A/T tire that is mile rated.... thats awesome!!

18s are a bastard size. 17s are mostly the base size on 4x4s now, and 20s are the optional size. 18s fall into that grey area where selection and pricing is going to suck no matter what.

Look on the bright side, at least you don't have 19s. My dad had a car with 19s and the tires started at $250 each and went up from there.

id have to disagree.

I haven't ran a lot of AT tires, mostly its been mud terrains. once I landed on the BFG all terrains....that's been the last ive used. I love them.

the mileage, and time life out of them is ridiculous. they've given great traction, and taken me places I really shouldn't have been able to go...
