I have a 2007 4Runner Ltd. (V8). What is a good all around tire for
highway and city driving? My current tires are from the factory - Bridgestone Duelers. I have approx 48,000 miles on these tires and they need to be replaced soon.

There's lots of good choices... 18" or 17"? Your Limited is 18 I think...

Any off-roading? Winter ski-trips to mountains where chain inspection stations are an issue? Any lift on the truck or are you planning any lift?
