What gears do you have? If you have 4.10 you should stick with the stock 265 70 16, if you have 4.30 the 265 75's should be ok.
A little more info on what you'll be doing with your 4Runner would help like how many miles a year will you be putting on the truck, off road alot, daily driver,snow/rain or both?
Years and years ago (late 80's early 90's) only ran the Yokohama tires and they were pretty good. Still hear they have a good reputation. If you are doing a lot of highway I would stay away from an M/T they were faster and wont last as long as a good AT. I went with the NIttos because I got a screaming deal on them and have been happy. If you can get a deal on the Yoko's then go for it.

How do you know which you have? I have the R.Diff Locker. Does that mean I have the 4.30?
I ended up getting the BFG All Terrain. I was gonna get the Nitto but the BFG where cheaper got 4 tires for 800. Thanks for the advice everyone.
