I've tried this on 2 other computers, Mac and PC, even on my iPhone, and it works. I've had no problem getting it to download. What browser are you using? What OS? Who's your ISP?
Can someone else check this for me also?

I tried again this evening from home but just as I started Mediafire went down for maintenance. I'll try again tomorrow.

You may be get block by your firewall setting.

Got in to work this morning and tried it again and it worked.

Tried several times yesterday and always the same error. Guess the planets weren't lined up right yesterday.:shrug:

Is the HTML-ized version supposed to have pictures/illustations? As an example, I see references to PNG files in the source but those files aren't in the zip.

Everything else appears working, I concatenated them all together and unzipped the result.

yes, there are pictures with them. I just tested this and see no issue. What browser and version are you using?

Navigate to RM\2010_4Runner_Repair_Manual\Toy 2010 4Runner Repair Manual\Index\RM and see if the pngs are there.

I have an that directory with a bunch of PNGs, but here's an example from the Interior Panels/Trim -> Front Console Box section.

This file has some HTML code that refers to an image:
<img src="B239500E01.png" border="1">

That full file should be:
4RunnerTISFSM/RM/2010_4Runner_Repair_Manual/Toy%202010%204Runner%20Repair%20Manual/Index/RM/B239500E01.png.

I don't have that file in Index/RM/ or any of the other PNGs on that page.

I'm thinking that when you had the three files and unzipped the .zip file, there was some issue with the unzip process. Try to Unzip the .zip file again... If that won't work, try to redownload the files again and repeat. All the files should be there.

Are you using a recent version of winzip/winrar?

I ended up having to do this on a Windows machine. Concatenating them together and using the archiver on OS X didn't do it.

I had this issue on my Mac. I had to update my archiver program. I'll let you know the program I'm using on my Powerbook G4. Just so you'll be able to do this next time.
