It isnt a knock off. Here is an explanation of everything… our bumper

1- Our products pass a rigorous manufacturing process, the steel A36 is laser cut and folded #cnc, then welded, sand blasted, and receives a chemical bath right before the powder coating painting.* ALL of this is to offer you high quality #accesories4x4

2- The recovery point of ¾” thickness is part of the genuine TMT4x4´s design

3- Inspired on the front end of the 4runner TMT4x4 are design lines that recreate the original lines of the OEM bumper, including the area where the hawse fairlead is installed.

4- The bumper has a 1" fold diameter to add more stiffness in the front line

5- Our products fit on the vehicle without problems during installation

6- Our bumper´s line maintains the curve of the original grill

7- Aditionally, our #bumper includes a swing license plate base that doesn't interfere with the #winch line at the moment of use;
details that make our bumper unique on the 4x4 market.

hopefully you stand behind your products and quality. Ecotechne is another venezuela company who at first seemed like a good deal on a product that ended up being badly cut lines, missing hardware, and horrible shipping issues. Products look good in pics tho

500 lbs. each on all 4 of the aluminum crossbars would be 2K on the roof? Seems a bit sketchy and as others have echoed...shipping from VE has been a significant issue, have you figured out a way to make that a non-issue?

How does the front bracket mount to the roof? Drilling required or does the mount sit on top of the channel?

The bumper is... we have an order from June of one of our Low-Pro bumpers with an email contact for a person at TMT right in the order.

Buyer beware

This front bumper design has been designed by TMT as a direct reflection of the Relentless Fabrication Stingray Lo-Pro Winch bumper. They ordered and received a Stingray Lo-Pro from Relentless Fabrication a few months ago, and with a very similar design I can only imagine that the original was used as a template to base their design off of. Relentless Fabrication designed, tested and hand builds every bumper in Nevada and is not a large shop to begin with but manages to product some of the best armor on the market for our 4Runners.

I would urge you to buy from the company that put the time, sweat and blood to develop the products from scratch, and not from a company who takes a shortcut to produce an inferior product.

Just because you guys make a fancy video on Instagram and post pictures explaining why yours is not a knock off still doesn't change the fact that you guys obviously used the Relentless Stingray Lo Pro bumper as a template.

When I saw the picture of the bumper, my first thought it was a [MENTION=82791]Relentless[/MENTION] bumper but then looked at it again and realized it was a knock off. Just because you changed a few design features from the original, it does not make yours genuine... What was the thought process behind this? "Oh lets make the gussets for the shackles bigger, lets mirror the wench access holes and well include a license plate base with the bumper." You also act as if laser cutting, sandblasting and chemical baths is cutting edge technology.

And the fact that Relentless has an order from you guys makes it more obvious you guys copied them. If you are going to copy someone else's design, don't get caught... Your first mistake was trying to target a smaller company and their design but what you failed to realize is social media can work for you or against you and in this case, its going to work against you guys. 20 years in the industry but can't come up with an original design?

And just to be clear, I'm not a fanboy and don't own any Relentless products but I know what it feels like to have shady ass people/company steal your hard work only to have it be sold for less. I will support local fabrication shops before supporting one in another country let alone one that steals others design and claim it as their own.

I understand your concern. TMT have over 20 years on business. Several product had been tested by the Toyota in Japan. They do all cutting by laser, exact measure and fit in. All made by high end materials. I wouldn't been doing this group buy if I'm not 100% sure about their quality.

The weight of the rack is 55lbs. The rack can hold a lot of weight, it's just limited by the max weight that the 4runner roof attachment points hold. TMT LOL yes I didn't notice that, I'm not sure about that, it could be an option.
