Ton of engine codes

So I apologize in advance because this is not about a 4runner but instead about a 2000 jeep Cherokee. I'm asking because it's my new girls and since this seems to be a ton of transmission problems, which is a realm u never had to indulge in I'm coming to you to ask. I feel that the Jeep forums lack the knowledge many of my fellow 4runner enthusiasts do. So if you don't mind help would be appreciated. I'm getting a ton of codes, I'll share the picture. I'm wondering if a lot of these power train codes are the result of one specific problem that's making multiple ones pop. I have to fix her whole cooling system because it's shot. She has a huge coolant leak that I did a temp fix for now until I can dig in and find the source but I'm pretty sure I know what it is. When I opened up the coolant reservoir and saw a ton of sludge I figured it's been neglected from its previous owner as well since that doesn't build up that quick in a year. The engine is dirty and I can only imagine what the inside looks like.

There are a couple of Jeep forums that aren't too bad; remember Chrysler codes often overlap so if one applies to a Grand Cherokee, it should apply to others:

I take it this one has the 4.0L.
1. TPS, but make sure the clock spring is OK.
2. Injector more than likely, they get hot being over the exhaust manifold.
3. No idea.
4. No idea.
5. Here is the FSM tests for the PO 740. My neighbor's torque converter went south on him which threw this code:

P-codes are mostly universal by federal mandate. Anybody here, or on any board, can help.

1. TPS

2. Injector as stated above could be it, but a spark plug failure is much more common and easier to check. Swap plugs between cylinders and see if the code moves with them. If not, swap injectors.

3 & 4: same problem. You have an evap leak. Check that the gas cap is sealing and all hoses and fittings between the gas tank, charcoal canister, and intake manifold.

5: not sure. I've heard of sensor failure doing something similar in Chrysler transmissions. I'm an engine guy, not a trans guy though.

Thanks guys. Yeah was just asking because I had it with my 4runner once that my one code for my o2 sensor was throwing everything off. Which helped a lot since sometimes when you have so many codes it kind of limits the problem to a specific area. It's just a really dirty engine gonna have to tear into it. Oil leaks, it's black as night and glossed. Coolant leak(pretty sure that's the hoses they look good and not dry rotted but way too loose almost like they expanded even with the clamp) then an account leak somewhere. Probably because she had the whole actually unit gutted and when they reinstalled it they probably overfilled and caused a hole. A yellow spatter almost like burnt paint near the coolant hoses. Probably the coolant leak. I really hope the pump is still good. It was really thirsty on coolant. Huge job ahead of me thanks for the help guys.
