Tonight's Pizza... "Stasera la Pizza"

I made these white pizzas last night.

• lightly sautéed onions and Canadian bacon
• marinated artichoke hearts and prosciutto.

I have (believe it's actually Ramsey) a few times, but this was like 6-7 years ago. Crust was sometimes more than "a little charred on the edges", closer to burnt LOL. Their wings with caramelized onions were pretty good.

There's also a pizzeria up the road called La Gondola, quite a variety of thin and Sicilian pies.

Yeah, I havent been there in about 5 years. I remember the wings you mentioned. Them and the cauliflower pizza! That was good stuff.

We used to end up going to Anthony's or up the street to Kinchleys! I still can taste the all you can eat raviol's on Monday night!

I still think the best pizza was at Frank Pepe's. There from CT, but we would go to the one in Yonkers. If you get a chance, go try it. Good stuff. Or if your really in the mood for adventure go to Patsy's On 116 and 1st ave in Manhattan.

Village Pizza in Allendale,NJ. Since it was past 9 when I arrived they didn't have much of a selection like they usually do. Huge slices, practically a quarter pie per slice (this is a 14" x 14" box)

Chicken bruschetta on the left and eggplant parm on the right.
Finished the parm slice but took only a few bites of the bruschetta then took the rest home​
