A few pictures of the sushi I made for my family from the last couple weeks. We like ours better than most of the Chinese, Japanese and Korean sushi places nearby. Enjoy and more later.

Nice! The ramen looks great as well! How much tuna is that and just from a local grocery store or something?

Thanks. The miso soup is made with the scraps from the fish I used for sushi along with some red miso paste etc.
I buy a whole tuna loin from a restaurant supply store and I butcher it, vacuum pack it and freeze it.
