Took delivery of new Trail

I got my new Trail on Monday. it's Salsa Red Pearl and absolutely beautiful. I love this baby and have received a ton of compliments already when I pull up somewhere.

I didn't get the pricey Nav syatem, but will probably swap out the radio for an aftermarket unit with Nav...after having my Acura with Nav, I am lost without it...literally! LOL My only concern is whether I can find a suitable surround for the new radio. I also wanted to put on a windshield sunvisor but can't find any manufacturers making them. Had one on my other truck and they do an awful good job of keeping direct sun off the dash

I'm expecting many wonderful miles with this baby

Take some pics and put them up on the 5th Gen owners pic thread when you get a chance.
Metra makes a Nav bezel for the Runners .Search on "Metra"
 
I have a sunvisor I got from autozone that works pretty well. It fits pretty good for a universal. I'll take some pics of it and post them with the manufacturer also. I've come across, IIRC, online that had a custom fit one. The Autozone one has little suction cups that hold it to the glass. no need to use the visors to hold it up.

I didn't get the nav either since I have a portable Garmin gps that I use occasionally...

I was meaning an exterior sun visor. I had one on my older Chevy and loved it. Looked good and kept the sun out...Lund used to make them, but I don't see any available now. Maybe they are a thing of the past? LOL

Salsa Red TE

Looks just like mine (no. 2679 off the line)! I got mine last New Years Eve and have not had a single issue with it.
 
Got my first scratch. Sa****ay some dude opened his door into my passenger door. He gouged the paint down to the primer and dented my door. The adjuster left today and the estimate is $742 I am pi#$ed. This dude tried to drive away and said he didn't do it...luckily I was in the truck at the time...

I hope the body shop can blend the new paint. I only have 700 miles on her and didn't even get my permanent registration sticker yet...Guess I'll be parking a mile away from everything from now on!

That's really funny that this board censored "t u r d" from S a t u r d a y!

to not completely go OT, it sucks about your scratch man, body shop will have it good as new though.
