Took tail lights off and put them back on. Now I have water inside. Suggestions?

They were stubborn to get off. All I can imagine doing is taking them off, making sure the gasket is all there, and putting back on a bit tighter?

Anything else to keep in mind?

just drill a drain hole for them

Yep, sounds like the gasket isn't seated right

Replace the body to taillight foam. Non-reusable part says in repair manual.

Or just leave it be. One of mine does that from the factory. I bought some new foam but have been too lazy to put it in. Doesn't seem to matter in the least.
