Top Driver's Handle Needed?

Was wondering if anyone sees a use for a grab handle at the inside top of the driver's door? We were offroading this weekend, and it seemed like it might come in handy a few times. Then again, it might just be a head-banger!

(My wife used her's a lot, but then again, maybe I need my left hand to be on the wheel! LOL)

BTW - I see now how handy the left foot stop is when going down a decent! Where are you gonna stand otherwise!?

Like Falls, I've thought about it to fill in the missing piece up there. But I'll probably bump my head on it more than I'll use it. BTW, I'm 6'1".

i am 6'1". i installed the handle and have never bumbed my head against it, even when doing serious off-roading. conversely, i don't think i have ever used it, although my wife uses the one in the passenger seat all the time.

Yes , I'm also 6' 1-2" that's why I was worried about it.

My Tahoe had one up tword the top of the piller/roof line and although it did not happen often , when I did crack my noggin on it .....I had alot of cussin going on ....lol

as far as i recall i got it from partznet for under $20.00.
