Does anyone use any kind of sealant or top coat?
Or just wash and wax?

So many products / marketing angles in the detailing world it will make your head spin. Never heard of F11, but I used the following last weekend and it turned out well. Products were easy to work with.

for the paint:
Wolfgang WG-5500 Deep Gloss Paint Sealant
Collinite Liquid Insulator Wax #845

for the black plastic trim:
Wolfgang Exterior Trim Sealant

I have used the Insulator by Collinite once. I have used only Collinite 47, a paste wax, for the paste 10 years and have never found anything that touches it for durability. It is bomb proof.

Never heard of it but after switching to Zaino I'm about as satisfied as I expect I'll ever be.

I just finished sealing my paint yesterday using Meguiars 21 Synthetic Sealant 2.0

I applied the sealant using my porter cable 7424. I'll apply another coat in about a week and top it off with a glaze wax.

My paint is buttery smooth and water beads off nicely.

Given I have the time, I'll be giving it a tying on my new TRD ORP. It's black which is the color Topcoat says gains the most depth/mirror finish out of their product.

A buddy of mine put on OptiCoat Pro ceramic coating 2 weeks ago because he had extra from doing another job. I put Adams ceramic coating on my wife's FJ a few days ago. No complaints on either.
