I was changing my oil and noticed my drivers side rubber boot that covers the cv joint was torn. Is this something covered under factory warranty? Or do I need to replace it myself?
I'm reasonably sure torn CV boots are not covered under warranty - they haven't been on any other of my vehicles and I haven't owned a Toyota since my 3rd Gen 4Runner was new until my 2019 4Runner.
