tow strap.

Well, me and 4runit is hitting up Prairie city this weekend but we only have 1 tow strap..

I would like to get another one and possibly a shackle just to be safe for the weekend.

I was wondering which one would you guys recommend?

i ordered one from performance offroad center back when they were on ebay...still have a website...but's a 3" x 30'....30,000lb strap...thing has taken some abuse...

How much was it for the tow strap?

I have one but mine is only rated for 5k, I would like to get something with the minimal of 20k lbs.

$30-$40 i believe....

I have a standard 3" one. Has seen minimal use but works great. A little pricey, but then again I'm not one to skimp on equipment that gets used hard like this does.

i just use one of these

and

the shackles i get at any industrial supply store for about 11-12 a piece and are rated at 4 tons as well.

wwaaaayyyyy over kill but meh.

also these things get trashed no matter what you do so i'd rather burn through a couple of $20 ones opposed to burning through a few $60 ones you know.
