Towing package install help

I just recently bought an 04 4runner SR5. The previous owner had the trailor hitch towing package but it wasnt installed and he didnt have any of the hardware. Would anyone have any info on the sizes of the screws or what hardware i would need to install it. The dealership wont help me out they say that its a package deal and they dont know what comes with the package.

Does the hitch have a label with a manufacturer and part #? I would take that info and and try to download a parts list/instructions and go from there... Good luck!
