Towing reciever drop

Anyone here tow a 5x8 uhaul trailer with a stock 4th gen? If so, do you remember your drop or rise needed?

Obviously how to load the thing will matter, but on a single axle like it; it won't have much change. I have a 2inch drop with a 2in ball.

It depends on the trailer. You measure from the bottom of the coupler with the trailer sitting level. Then measure your drop from the base of the ball. If those numbers match, you are good. A few inches either way shouldn't be a big deal on a 5x8 trailer. I rented a U-haul and had no problems with the stock ball mount. The only thing that sucked was the short draw bar bounces arounds and make a bit of noise.

You should be good with what you have. You will need the hitch set up with a drop, not a rise.
