Maybe I missed it but I don't see a thread or forum on this site dedicated to towing. I understand the basics--how to interpret tow vehicle ratings, tongue weights and combined weight but need some advice on other towing related topics. Like is there a rule of thumb for calculating minimum tow vehicle wheelbase required for a given trailer length? Thanks for any input.

There used to be one, years ago, but it apparently wasn't getting enough use so the powers that be rolled it into one of the other forums.

There's probably plenty of towing specific websites that would cover that.
