toyo open country m/t's vs duratrac's in 285/r16

what do you guys think for the wet roads of Washington? I've been searching and I've narrowed it down to these 2 tires,with the amount of rain here and my truck being my daily driver as well as my mountain rig, i need a tire that will great for on road rain as well as mud and packed snow off road.....

thought opinions please.

I think my Duratracs are good in the rain. I thought mud terrains weren't supposed to be great in wet weather.

yeah i've been reading your posts on them and, thanks to you i've narrowed it down to these to tires, i'm just worried about the sidewall flex of the duratracs and most people say out of the mt's the open country's are pretty good in the rain, i was pointed towards the open country's by one of the tire shop guys here and from reading the reviews they sound like a good tire, but i'm stuck at this point, as i won;t have another 1.2K for another year or so atleast i need this tire purchase to work out, you know what i'm getting at here

i vote for Toyo MTs... ive always wanted a pair bc thoe are great and even my friend from discount tires said he thinks those are some of the best tire.
