Time was of the essence and with zero pre-planning I had to get it out there before somebody else pulled something. My April 1st kit is not as complete as my off-road recovery kit.:madgrin:

"In an effort to turn the tide of negative criticism over this move, Toyota in a joint press release announced they are releasing a roots-style supercharger for the 5th Gen 4Runner through TRD. The MSRP is expected to be $1,500 plus install, with output SAE rated at 400hp/400tq."

See, the key to a good April Fool's joke is to make it close enough to the truth to be plausible.

Should have ginned up a press release saying the 2016 4runner would be a unibody crossover with a 4 cylinder engine and a hybrid option and that it would be replacing the Highlander in Toyota's lineup. Now THAT would have generated some heat!
