Look, I think Cali is a pretty place and all but you guys should really have your elected politicians at least take a basic IQ test before being able to run. I think that the "CARB" people will finally get their wish of zero emissions because there will be zero jobs there!

Considering there are many less Toyotas imported from Japan nowadays plus most US plants that build Toyotas are from TX eastward, it makes sense. I think that the one California plant Toyo had in operations is now used by Tesla, but not 100% certain.

Nissan has been in TN since 2005, and Honda is in Ohio. Plano, here they come.

Overtaxed and over regulated is the going theme here for the Golden State.

Kind of like how New York has all those "tax exempt zones" for businesses because they're hemorrhaging jobs and corporations due to their borderline Marxist policies and taxes.

Tax breaks and incentives are present everywhere. State and local governments in booming economies do it to not just to keep businesses but attract businesses. Its common here in Texas to lure in big time companies because long term growth and economic improvements turn out favorable for the area. Now the Marxist policies......you can keep those! :bigok:

I find it hard to believe that there are more California transplants in Colorado than there is natives, Seems like the natives are not voting. I mean come on, Calif. people can only take 2 years at the most there because they can't handle the weather. Just MHO

Colorado is one of their first migration stops. After they've had enough of the rocky mountain winter, they head southwest to Texas where the weather is just the opposite.

I have nothing against people from California - just making an observation. Quite a few of them in my area now and I consider most to be good folks.

Next presidential/congressional election could be interesting, but I have a feeling it will end up pretty much the same as the last two prez elections. Too many liberals in the big electoral states. That got Obama elected twice and will likely be the reason we have at least 4 yrs. of Hilary. Not sure what will be left of this country come 2020.
