Picked up a 04, V8, Sport 4X4 in Titanium Silver last monday, and the process could not have been easier. They even came down to Hickory (1.5 hours away) and picked us up, after we turned in another leased vehicle. I dealt with the general mgr of the store, who I've known for a long time: he special ordered what I wanted; a "plain Jane" Sport, with no sunroof, and the only other option is side curtain air bags. Can't vouch for the service yet, however past experience would indicate they do good work. Overall, a pleasant and no stress experience - would recomend to anyone. ( Toyota of Boone, NC - Gen Mgr Michael Lyall) All I've added so far is XM Sat. radio, which is great!
