First, every new Toyota bought from them gets a LIFETIME powertrain warranty. (original owner only)

Second, I got a 3/4" slice in my right rear tire (in the tread, not the sidewall) with 197 miles on the odometer. They replaced it with a new tire, (same make/model) with no questions asked.

This is my first Toyota, (and first Japanese vehicle) and I am very pleased. I just hope that I don't get to know the service people on a first name basis.:

WOW! They're going to move a LOT of Toyotas. If I was on the East Coast, I'd buy from them.

I test drove an FJ at their dealership. The sales guy I had actually knew something about cars, which is rare these days. I was close to buying one but they refused to order one in the configuration I wanted and tried hard to give me one they had on the lot. In fact they tried too hard and I went else where as a result. The next week I drove a 4Runner and never looked back...
