Has anyone dealt with Toyota of Huntington Beach, and if so, what were your expirences?

My 4Runner came from there. I didn't deal with them directly, I went Through Autoland which is affiliated with my Bank.

Dianne from Huntington Beach Toyota drove down my 4Runner to drop it off and sign the paperwork. It was about an hour and a half drive. Then someone else had to pick her up and take her back. She was nice. It didn't come with a cover/holder for the User manual so she sent me a really nice one a few weeks later.

Thats about all the experience I have with them though. She really liked the new 5th gens. I guess they have a bunch of 4Runners in her family.

They are OK/Nice. I never had bad experience with them. My family bought 2 cars from them. Stay away from Elmore Toyota on Beach and Bolsa. That place was an @ss. I have many bad experiences from them. I almost got in the physical fight with one of the "service advisor" there.

Bought my 4runner from them.....had done a lot of phone shopping, asking dealers to match my otd price but when I would get there, the games and lies began.....When I called Huntington they were like sure we'll give you that price and sure enough when I got there, it wasn't a penny over, my 4runner still had the protective white plastic on it, so they didn't even try to sell me one that had been sitting on the lot, they gave me exactly what I asked for. Next 4Runner I'll be getting from them again!!
