Common problem among all dealerships. Sales person(s) have an agreement with customer. But by the time the paperwork is finished and ready for signing the #'s have changed.
Spent many hours working with Toyota of Lewisville. Agreed on a price for a new V8 4wd 4Runner and my trade in. When my wife and I got to the final stage for the paperwork, the agreed upon numbers had changed. Especially the trade in value. Guess they figured I'd just sign blindly. :cursin:
Always take the time to read the paperwork after a transaction.
Too bad...because I really like the 4Runner and was looking forward to joining the ranks this weekend.
