Van Holloway is a senior sales manager and works with internet orders. I am active duty military and went through USAA, which took all the haggling and leg work out of buying a car. Going through them, I had access to any and all accessories and options I wanted which you couldn't find in the SW region, including the Shoreline Blue. Van and I conversed through email until I had the time to get over to sit down. It took roughly 4 months (the blue didnt show up until late Dec/early Jan) and throughout it all Van's communication was great. Never pushed for extras or substitutions to what I wanted and came through in the end.
