Toyota of Santa Monica Service Dept

I can't say anything about purchasing a car there, but I got a used car inspected for issues. They Performed the work later than promised, and it was very wide open window, and it caused me to miss my bank appointment screwing up the whole next day. Also the inspection was $200 which is twice as much as the toyota in San Diego. Ridiculous, but I did it there anyways cause the owner lived right across the street. The service department was rude as hell!!! They just seemed totally inconvenienced. If they didn't want me doing the work there I wish they would have told me from the beginning. Don't treat me like complete a**holes.

LOL. Wait, not laughing at you. I lived in HB for a number of years with my family and went to Santa Monica College for a year. Anyways, what I'm getting at is you are lucky to get anything done in a timely manner in that entire area! We bought an Integra from Santa Monica Acura and it would take them like 7 hours to do an oil change. If it wasn't free and they didn't give us a loaner I would have told them to shove it!
