So,
Truck is in the shop. They tested all they can. The first "give it a go" was replacing the fuel filter. They reset the ECU, drove it around, the engine light came back on before the redesness sensors reset! What is going on?! :mad2:

You might want to start the post with what code it's throwing, how it runs, what you think it might be, any symptoms, recent service, what did they test? etc... how can we diagnose anything when all you post is "i have a check engine light". lol :shrug:

It's gotta be either your blinker fluid or your headlight fluid, I don't know what else it could be.

Code PO171 All tests have passed!!

Hey all.

-Smoke test (PASS)
-New Fuel filter
-MAF test (PASS)
-Throttle body (PASS)
-FRONT 02 (air/fuel ratio) (PASS)
-REAR 02 (PASS)
-CAT Heat test front to rear ( PASS)

They have no clue what it is and I am awaiting on what they are trying to find. I had the PO420 code on as well. Nothing but a little Cataclean wont fix! That code is no longer on.

Oh and when the truck went in the first time. They "fixed" PO171 by replacing the cracked vacuum lines and tightening the boot of the intake. I cleaned the MAF sensor.

PO171. I just got word back from the Tech. While the computer was hooked up to the system, he would give it gas and it would take 3 seconds for the MAF to read. Is this normal or not?
