Toyota survey

Got an e-mail from Toyota today asking to complete an online survey on my 4Runner. Took about 10 minutes. There wasn't much to compain about (white paint on bumper facia has faded to a slightly different shade of white than the rest of the truck; rust on the underside). As I was reviewing the personal information they had on file, I remembered I wanted to complain about the drive shaft thump, but instead of clicking the "Back" button I clicked "Next" and wa-la -- "Survey Done!" Once it is done, there is no way to go back and change it.

Anyway, if any of you get a chance to fill out the survey like I did, perhaps you could make a point of complaining about that driveline clunk. Perhaps the more that complain, the better the chance those of us with V6 4Runners will get a fix from Toyota the way the V8 owners did.

Toyota sends those surveys out to all of our customer after we service their cars. The only people who ever fill them out are mad and that takes ALOT of money out of our pay checks :-/ Do your next service advisor a favor and give them a perfect score!! haha

Oh, well, this wasn't a survey from or for the dealer. It was from Toyota and dealt only with the vehicle itself. There was no mention of dealer or dealer service. But regarding the dealer score cards, yes, I always give them the highest marks. :hatsoff:

I had no idea toyota sent out survey baised on the vehicle itself. Ive never gotten one of those. they are actually revamping their survey system right now so they havent sent any service survey out for a couple months which has been really nice.

Just got my email survey from Toyota today and completed the questionnaire. I ended up zinging Toyota on the seized caliper issue I've had and the torque converter shudder that just recently started. I did praise them for building what I consider a very durable truck that still looks very good after almost 11 years of service, that is solid, tight and quiet inside and very reliable.
