I actually gave my Toyota dealership the benefit of the doubt when we purchased our new 4Runner. I've never owned a foreign model vehicle before and as everyone just raves and raves about them and their respective dealers, I figured I would give them a shot, even though I service all my vehicles (in every aspect) myself.
I let the Wife take the 4Runner into the dealer for an oil change, $100.00 (for an oil change???!!!!) later, 10 miles added to the odometer and a .5 mpg reduction on the computer...I called the manager to complain (the wife isn't confrontational, so she didn't mentione it when she picked it up) and he said "theres nothing I can do about it."
I should have known better (in fact I did know better, but I let others sway my opinion), all dealerships are worthless...never again will I listen to the nensensical ravings of lunatic minds...when they say "ohhh foreign dealerships are sooooo great..."
