Toyota Corp USA called me this morning at work from the email I sent them regarding this issue. Reference Number: 030606-000001.
They said that they know about this issue and will be sending out a TSB when they have found a fix for it. So I guess stay tuned.
I did mention about the pulley bolt being the cause from another post so I don't know if they took that under consideration.
We'll see.
