Just did this on my buddies double cab (2wd) tacoma, its give a very full 3 inch lift on his 2wd I would guess closer to 3.5" inches of lift. It rides great (really good) but is slightly stiffer then the Tundra TRD springs when paired with Tundra 5100's.
He has the Tacoma 5100's so the slight difference in stiffness might be due to the shocks. The eibach coils are also non progressive, and the Tundra ones are progressive.

Toytec 3" Bilstein/Eibach lift kit questions
I'm running the Toytec 3" BOSS with 650lb coils. I also switched out all the usual bushings, including the power steering rack, when I installed mine. It's cheap and fairly simple to do while installing the lift. You can see the new black bushings in the 3rd pciture. I can say with absolute conviction that the ride is completely different; it's vastly improved. However, having the 650lb coils makes the ride noticeably firm. I did this because my long term goals for modifications are going to add weight. I also pull a trailer on occasion. It's not uncomfortable but it is certainly "1-ton truck like". Regardless of the setup you choose, you're going to have a nice ride and a nice look!
Here are a few before and after shots with stock wheels and tires. Also a shot of the coilover new out of the box. The last picture is with the 33" Nittos on 17" wheels.

It'll be virtually the same. The only difference is how you adjust the spring perches on the front shock. If I understand correctly, you'll choose the highest perch on the shock assembly for your 3" lift. There should be 3 perches to choose from. The rears are not adjustable for height. The highest perch should get you level front-to-back.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong?

I know the last post was A few months ago but I was wondering about these "perches" I keep reading about. I put a 3" toytec lift w/ bilstein 5100s in my 4runner and the front seems to sit about an inch or so lower then the rear. I'm going to measure it tommorow aND see exactly what the difference is..

On some shocks (5100s for example), the lower spring seat sits on a c-clip that snaps into a groove on the shock body. There are multiple grooves, ie "perches", so you can move the spring seat up or down to some extent to adjust the ride height. It's essentially the poor mans version of a threaded shock body (no offense to people who have shocks like that). Toytec has a conversion setup which makes it so there is a threaded body on a 5100. The only difference/benefit between a threaded body, and the preset perches, is you get more/finer adjustment, and you don't have to remove the coilover to from the truck to adjust it (versus you have to disassemble the coilover to move the spring perch). The following images illustrates the perch locations and the spring seat on the shock:

That's awesome thank!! Usually what are the lift increments that you can expect by twisting that?

You don't twist what's pictured. It has a ring that snaps into the groves on the shock allowing some adjustment. Have you read the lift FAQs? If your end goal is to jack the front up as high as it goes plan on lots of stuff breaking. I think the general consensus, at least from all the reading I've done is that you really don't want to go past 22.5" measured from center of hub to the edge of the fender.
