There is some confusing language here. I think some responders missed this: "Looks like I lined up a buyer for my limited 20" wheels with
the stock tires and TPMS."
To OP: You cannot remove the TPMS sensors without breaking the tire bead away from the wheel. If your oem wheels/tires will be removed and the new wheels/tires reinstalled all at the same time, it would be easy to keep your tpms and have them reinstalled - otherwise not so much.

Your plan to have the dealer do all this is probably good (aka no finger pointing), but probably will cost a little more.
Remember, if you do replace them the installer will need to know how to reprogram your 4Rs ECM to see the new ones.
EDIT: As to the "rebuild kit", if the tpms' are removed/reinstalled WITH CARE, the kit isn't really necessary as your stuff is new. I had my oems moved with no problemo. YMMV.
