TRAC & VSC question

I'm a bit confused and i need your help. as far as i read all 2001-2003 T4Rs were equipped with TRAC & VSC systems. and alos what i know is that when u engage the central diff lock, teh VSC is turned off and the VSC light goes on.
But in my case, when i star the car i get VSC, TRAC,..etc all on for few sec then off (and that good as far as i understand) BUT i've never noticed the VSC or TRAC lights blinked since i got the car. And when i engage the central diff (on 4L) teh VSC lights dosn't turn on.
- am i doing something wrong? did i miss something?
- maybe the PO disabled the VSC/TRAC, but why don't i get error codes or warning lights?
- or i don't have VSC or TRAC 1st place?
- how can i check if i have such systems TRAC & VSC, EBD and BA?

my vsc will engage if I try to drift around a corner, and my trac wont let it spin in 2wd or 4wd you should be able to tell if it is working.

If the PO disabled the VSC/TRAC the lights would be on all the time. Best way to check is to spin the tires and see if you lose all power. If the system is working, once your tire slip you'll lose power.
