traction control will not turn off when center diff locked

the past week when i lock the center diff the traction control will not turn off. the VSC does turn off. I put it on a scanner and no codes pop up and thoughts?

This is normal operation and works well in light offroading in lieu of lockers. In order to completely disable it you would have to look up some of mods that other have done like splicing into the wire to the master cyl. I only ever use it to be a hooligan which is rare, I must be getting old.

up until last week every time i locked the center diff traction control and VSC would turn off. now just the VSC turns off.

What year do you have? i was under the impression 08 and 09 only have the ability to turn off traction control...

This only works for the rare trucks with the button. Most don't have this I'm pretty sure. Just the CDL button.
