Trail Blazing Once Again in Colorado...Any Takers?

Ladies and Gentlemen of T4R.org or any other website, I invite you once again to a day of sightseeing, trail driving/riding, and overall good times. This event will take place in and around the Woodland Park Area. This gathering of beautiful 4Runners and other off road vehicles will be open to anyone of any skill of driving. We will hopefully be driving and cooking over an open fire while on the trip.

What: Trail riding on simple/moderate trails
Where: China Wall
When: February 11 2012 On Saturday
Why: Because we love our 4Runners

(Coming from Denver) Meet in Bailey on Highway 285 at the Loaf N Jug at 8:15-8:30, rolling out no later than 8:40. Then drive 1hr 20min to trail.

***UPDATE***
For those that are meeting at the designated areas, ensure you are on time and arrive at least 15 min prior to the show time.
If anyone is going to be late, PM me on the forums and I will respond on my smartphone. In the case that someone is going to be late, be sure to gas up and head directly to the trail head.
Show time once again to be at the trail head is 10-1030am we will go over some further rules and guidelines prior to departing on this trail. The party will embark on the trial no later than 11am.

WOW! I'd love to do this! I can't sign up yet because i don't know my schedule for February, but sounds like a rockin trip. Maybe, just maybe, by February it might even snow again in CO, eh Magert?
 
Buddy, I wish I could come down there. Maybe some snowboarding as well. That'd be SICK!!! Have fun boys! keep your trucks upright :cheers:

so far only changes in details are:

February 11 2012 On Saturday when this shin dig will happen.
Like last time I dont know trails. So lets figure some of the same type like last time. Since there might be snow we will plan the trail accordingly.

I might be in for this. Gotta see what my weekend looks like as I might be working on a buddies Audi. I own a 3rd Gen, but I DID own a 08 Salsa Red SE at one time. So maybe that will get me in! :-)
 
Bull Park is all but impassable this time of year. Steep with lots of snow.

Mount Baldy would be reasonable until halfway. Slippery and sideways slopes with steep dropoffs.

Schubarth Trail is passable for about 7 miles but gets pretty slick and steep deep in.

Phantom Creek i havent driven but looks doable.

Dakan Road would be my pick for the snowy conditions. Should be passable.
 
Throw me in for a maybe. I have to take off work. With all thos newer T4R's someone has to represent the older gens.
