Toyota has various (12?) regions, there may be a restriction on your region. Try another Zip code and see if they show up, if so I would say its a region restriction
I just tried to build one with your zip code and is able to build one trail premium wrote KDSS. There are two optional packages with KDSS. The difference is the extra sliding cargo deck and extra storage under the floor. There are color limitation with this package.
Yea, I got worried for a minuet there, I was able to do the buil on my computer vs my iPad.
I have one on order, actually I live in Hawaii and just thought something might have changed.
