Trails in Nashville and Middle TN???

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew of any good trails in the Nashville and Mid TN area? I am new to the area and looking for some trails. Thanks!

I know this is still quite a drive from Nashville, but I hear these are some good exploration sites, and maintained well. They are also free of charge, and maintained by the county for OHV use. Stiil over 250 miles though

not sure how far this is from you.. it's mostly ATV's, but they let me on there w/ the 4r..
