And one user posted a list of 4 different P/N for a trans dipstick:

Yeah that's what I will have to do. Looking at the parts online it looks like there are 4 different dipstick part numbers:

35103-34070
35103-34060
35103-35290
35103-35350

Then another user posted the following:

For VZN185L Limited:
California-spec, it's 35103-34060
1997/1998/2000, it's 35103-35350

I dunno if that helps, but probably worth looking into.
